Terms and Conditions

We aren’t one for rules but here’s some things we should probably tell you

All Afternoon Tea bookings for up to four guests have a two-hour table time.

We kindly ask for 24 hours-notice if you would like to cancel your table For Afternoon Tea, failure to provide this notice will incur a £10pp fee. If we have already redeemed your Group on or voucher we would be unable to reuse this. The only way to cancel your booking is either via your confirmation email or by calling the team.

We would appreciate as much notice as possible to cancel your table for drinks if you are no longer able to attend so we can offer out the table to other guests.

Guide dogs are welcome daily. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a dog along.

Under 18s are welcome to dine with us but must vacate the venue by 7pm and by 9pm if you have booked the entire venue out privately.

Friday – Sunday after 6pm we operate an over 21-year-old policy.

Therefore, if you are fortunate enough to look 25 or under, proof of age may be requested.

Our approved forms of ID are valid Driving Licence and valid Passport.

Albert requests that guests dress appropriately for our regal namesake; no gym wear, or overly casual attire.
If it’s on Geordie Shore, it’s not getting through the door.

Please note that we do not accept balloons, sashes/veils, fancy dress, table decorations etc.

Our doors close at 2am, last entry for guests is 1am.

Liverpool 

Our doors close at 1am, last entry for guests is midnight.

Albert wants everyone to have a fantastich time but unfortunately, he doesn’t allow hen and stag parties, those in fancy dress or large sporting groups or teams. We encourage all large groups to contact us and book in advance to avoid the risk of disappointment.

If we deem a member of your group to be intoxicated we reserve the right to refuse entry, so please don’t get too excited before you make your way to us. As a licensed venue, we reserve the right to refuse entry based on any of the above reasons. Decisions on entry are made at the door at the time of arrival.
